Lotus Return Policy?
The return policy for LotusAndLuna is as follows:
- All items marked as "sale" or that have "FINAL SALE" in their description, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If looking to return or exchange an order for whatever reason, they offer help. They offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (please see below for exclusions).
- One can return the product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
